Stargazer Studios Stretch classes work to get you bendier than a pretzel and help you create beautiful lines on the pole!

 

Good mobility is the foundation of healthy movement. You’ve heard it before – we bend so we don’t break. This class is suitable for all levels to get longer muscles and bendier bodies. Each week of stretch class has a specific focus – middle splits, front splits or back bends – with some cool shapes and themes added for good measure.

As we advance in pole, we apply more load to the muscle at end range. This is not just demanding on our strength, but also our flexibility. We recommend cross training with stretch classes to *everyone* as a vital part of your pole routine!
